I would say that Kiev is a good solution, I tested on the 3D map and definitely the ability to recreate a city destroyed in that area of the map makes the difference.

Even Marrakech was restored after it was replaced from Tangier, I would keep Marrakech as a gateway for real trade routes the Mali Empire and Damascus it would be for the trade routes to the East ... you never know who I invent some rule or expansion about it.

So for now it is agreed for these two cities, I move the discussion in the section RULES and if I invent something for the trade routes off the map will report in PLAYTESTING section.
